Shipping policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement — no return shipping cost to you.

For a change of mind, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in this case. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
